Former EMT Arrested on Drug Charges
May 18th, 2016 by iPhoneA former EMT was arrested Sunday afternoon, on a traffic stop by the Monticello Police Department.
James Hodges faces the probable charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, posession of drug paraphernalia, and using a communication device for criminal activity.
When he was arrested, Hodges had approximately $500-600 worth of drugs in his possession
The 10th judicial district drug task force is investigating the case.
Judge Sara Hartness set his bond at $15,000, and appointed a public defender to represent him.
