Former Drew County Judge Dale Hughes Passes Away
May 28th, 2013 by iPhoneFormer Drew County Judge Dale Hughes passed away, Tuesday, following a prolonged illness.
Judge Hughes is well remembered by county residents, especially for his efforts to build the “Walls of Sacrifice” war memorial monument on the courthouse lawn.
Funeral arrangements will be announced on MLive, when they are confirmed.

I really enjoyed knowing and working with Judge Hughes when he was County Judge. I cherish the friendship I’ve had with he and Betty; he will truly be missed.
