Fire Hydrant, Stop Sign, & Street Sign Damaged by Envoy (Gas Line Came Close)
February 1st, 2013 by Joe BurgessTuesday, around 12 noon, a westbound GMC Envoy on Scott Street dropped off the edge of the pavement, and wasn;t able to re-rain control, before they collided with a street sign, a stop sign, and a fire hydrant.
Modern fire hydrants have a built in “break away” to prevent major leaks, when they are struck by vehicles.
A gas line barely escaped being damaged in the mishap.
