A youth was injured and a young man was killed in a train and pick up collision in Montrose, around 3 PM, Tuesday.
The deceaded is Chase Andrew Barbee, age 18 of Montrose. The juvenile male was airlifted to Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Sources at the scene report that the truck was traveling through the intersection of 82B and Main Street, when it attempted to cross the tracks, colliding with the train.
