Accorrding to SalineRiverChronicle.com, at 12:45 a.m. New Year’s Day, a shooting took place at 1312 West Central Street resulting in the death of a 33 year old Warren man,  Emmannuel Williams.

The Warren Police Department have arrested 26 year old Justin Charles in connection with the shooting. The incident continues under investigation. Further information will be forthcoming.

The Warren Police reported another separate shooting incident on George Street, which is still under investigation. No injuries have been reported.
