The building rents for $300.00 for 12 hours, with a $300.00 deposit.
Birthday parties for children 12 years and younger is $200.00 for 4 hours.
The kitchen available for an additional $50.00 per 12 hours.
The occupancy limit for the building is 496 people. There are restrooms for both males and
females.
The building can be used for many different types of events, such as weddings, receptions, family reunions, pet shows, gun shows, etc. Some events require approval and security by the Drew County Sheriff.
The building has an open area that is approximately 58 feet by 104 feet. There is also a stage area.
There is also an open area building available for rent, as well as other fairground areas for approved functions outdoors.
Certain types of events may require an insurance rider. The fees for the open building and grounds will be set by the Fair Board.
The deposit must be made at the time the property is reserved, and rent is due on the day of the event.
