Escaped Bank Robbery Suspect Captured in Monticello

Monticello Police have captured the man accused of robbing the First National Bank of McGehee last June.
Glen Darnell Perrian escaped from the Desha County Courthouse in Arkansas City, where he was attending court.
MPD had received reports that Perrian had been recently seen around the Pilgrim Rest Apts., where he was taken into custody, without incident, Sunday morning around 10:30.

I just cant for the life of me understand why, when your already in court for ROBBING A BANK would you want to run and then add ALLLLL those extra charges to yourself…now he is going to go away for longer than he was at first! Couldnt man up and handle his responsibilities the right way the first time now will be behind bars cant do nothing!
