Employment – Apartment Maintenance Position

Cedar Hill Apartments are in search of a full-time maintenance technician.
Must have knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, minor appliance repair, general maintenance and some a/c and heating repair.
Competitive salary, vacation benefits and 401K will be available.
Applicant must be willing to live on-site.
On-site unit and utilities included. Some after hours and weekend work necessary if an emergency arises.
