Elite Business Solutions Network Meet & Greet Next To Museum, During Tonight’s Parade
November 27th, 2018 by iPhoneKay Brown, President of BKB Associates of Fayetteville and Chad McGriff, President of CMAC Consulting of Southeast Arkansas have officially announced the renaming of Key Employment Agency located on South Main Street.
Earlier this month, the two business owners struck a five year deal and plan on merging their current companies and establishing a One Stop Shop Business Center located in Monticello with a primary satellite office in Fayetteville and even in larger cities in surrounding states. Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, the two met and agreed upon the naming of the new business as ELITE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS NETWORK! “We both had similar ideas on what the name should be and it was pretty easy once we tossed out a few choices,” stated Brown who very excited for the merger. “I have over 45 years in several arenas of this trade and this is the first time I think that we have discovered a true gem that will help people in the area.” she said with a smile. Along with Brown’s 45 years, McGriff brings a wide range of experience to his 20 years of building a resume. “My grandmother once told me to find a job and stick with it, build my 401 K and retire, just make it work…well I disagreed and my resume proves it.” McGriff laughed at what he said knowing she would read this article. “:Yep, that one will get me in trouble. These two with the combined efforts of already hired full time staff, part time staff, interns, and independent consultants that have been working with the Brown and McGriff over the last year and half in planning,..bring to the One Stop Shop many areas that will help grow the employee and the employer. “We set out on this journey to offer it all, and if we dont have it, we will find someone that does.” stated McGriff referring to the several men, women, and companies that have signed on to be just a telephone call away with answers. “It’s like they are out life line … our phone a friend.” stated Brown.
The areas that will be offered for the ELITE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS NETWORK are: Human Resources for companies, recruitment, training, orientation, on-boarding, drug screening, background checks, credit checks, payroll, benefits, temporary workers, direct hire workers, corporate event planning, corporate travel, internships, apprenticeships, small business planning, and the list goes on. “Several people have rolled their eyes thinking that we are taking on too much at one time, said Brown, but we are already doing these daily…it was time to organize and make a powerhouse of a business to make a powerhouse or a state…we hope to be a leading force for other states to recognize what a little time, effort, and community involvement can do for others.” McGriff followed the statement with, “I used to hear all the time that people ran from Southeast Arkansas when the graduate high school and college, and I was one of them that did, but we come back and when we do we should stop up to better the community that made us what we are today…I’m back to help better Southeast Arkansas any way that I can.”
Elite Business Solutions Network will be a hub for the companies currently under the direction of both Brown and McGriff which include BKB Associates, Chad McGriff Advanced Consulting, Construction Recruiters, Arkansas Complete Screening and Testing, and It’s Time For You To Get Away Travel. These companies which already have staff and programs in place will form the newly recognized network. The dissolving of Key Employment will simply make room for the new network which will be commonly called Elite. All companies, contracts, and current partnerships will be recognized.
