DWI Hit & Run, on the Square

Around 5:30 pm, on December 19, the driver of this Ford Escape was traveling south on Church Street, near McCloy.
Witnesses at the scene indicate that the driver failed to stop at the stop sign, colliding with the Pontiac G6 that was traveling west on McCloy, then striking the back of the parked SUV on Church St.
The driver then fled the scene, traveling west, and was apprehended by Monticello police, behind the midtown shopping center.
The driver Arturo Larracilla charged with DWI, among other charges.
