Drugs & Money – Witness Testimony
August 9th, 2018 by iPhoneNext to take the witness stand was Deputy Terry Ballard. Ballard told how as he arrived at the scene, a responding fireman/rescue responder showed him a camouflage bag, near the wrecked vehicles.
There he saw a green, leafy substance, a broken glass jar, and an unbroken glass jar. Also in the bag was a “large amount of cash,”
Ballard collected the items, placed them in a sealed evidence bag, then delivered them to State Police Agent Bo Norris. Norris took the stand next, describing how he turned the items over to the state crime lab.
At 2:50, a crime lab expert was called to the stand to testify about fingerprints.
