Convicted Drug Grower “Falls Out” in Court, Wheeled to Jail – 2,200 Video Plays

June 14th, 2012 by

Right after Judge Bynum Gibson told the court that a convicted drug manufacturer would receive two consecutive 10 year sentences, the man approached the judge’s bench, said “I object”, and fell to the floor.

This was the same man who when arrested asked for the Postmaster instead of an attorney and called the jury ““Brain-washed Socialist Cowards”  during his trial.

Louis D. Brown continued the ongoing saga of his very unusual case, when police officers handcuffed him, and carried him out of the courtroom.Brown was then placed into a restraint chair with wheels, placed on the elevator to the ground floor, and taken to the County Detention Facility.

Brown did make vocal sounds as the deputies rolled him over.

Brown was reportedly awake and aware, soon after returning to jail, and was later released pending ADC bed space.

He had recently been sentenced to 10 years on two separate charges, manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, by a jury.  Judge Gibson only had to decide if the sentences ran consecutively or concurrently.

After seeing the stack of books that were confiscated from Brown’s operations, including The Poisoner’s Handbook, Booby Traps, High Explosives, and Survival Chemists, the judge pointed out that the residence had a door that was booby trapped with electricity.  Browns sentences were then declared to run one after the other for a total of 20 years.

  3. Hmm says:

It’s sad that someone guilty of child endangerment and abuse gets 3 years and gets to go back into society while someone growing drugs gets 20 years. Even though “growing” drugs should be punishable with jail time, endangering a child should be more time!

  4. GRANMAW says:
