Driver Next to Fatality Vehicle takes Stand – 4 pm Update

At 2:15, the female driver who had been traveling next to the white minivan took the stand.
She described how the Davis vehicle flew past her after the asphalt truck had struck it.
She then told how when she got out of her vehicle, she saw the man laying in the highway trying to sit up.
She continued by telling the jury that she went to check on him, but didn’t understand how or why he jumped out of the vehicle, and did not realize he was the driver of the asphalt truck that had caused the crash.
