Drew County Man Charged with Sexual Indecency with a Child
July 23rd, 2008 by Joe BurgessAccording to Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. Investigator Rick Rausch, Jason Fortenberry, age 31, of Monticello, has been arrested and charged with the crime of sexual indecency with a child.
At his bond hearing, Fortenberry’s bond was set at $10,000.
As of Wednesday night, Fortenberry was still incarcerated in the Drew County Detention Facility.
