Kerry Hartness, Drew County Farm Bureau Vice President, of Monticello took part in the delegate session of the 98^th American Farm Bureau Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.

At the annual meeting of Farm Bureau, voting delegates, farmers and ranchers set the national organization’s policies for the next year. These policies — surfaced and debated from the grassroots level on up — guide national policy implementation efforts throughout the following year.

Arkansas Farm Bureau is a nonprofit, private farm and rural advocacy organization of more than 190,000 families throughout the state working to improve farm and rural life.
