Drew Central Sets Deadline for Superintendent Search

At the Drew Central school board meeting, Thursday, Superintendent MIke Johnston reported to the Board that there have been seven or eight completed applications received for the upcoming vacancy.
Numerous other applicants have called about the position.
After some discussion, March 14 was established as the deadline for receiving applications for that position.
Johnston, a retired DC principal filled the position for a year, after Wayne Fawcett’s move to another district, but is retiring after this school year.
