Drew Central Announces “Teacher of the Year”
January 9th, 2014 by iPhoneEach year the Monticello Economic Development Commission in conjunction with the Monticello-Drew County Chamber of Commerce recognizes various individuals for their accomplishments. Among those honorees, are Teachers of the Year from each school district in the county. This year Drew Central’s Teacher of the Year hails from the high school.
Congratulations to Eulea Kiraly on being selected as DC’s 2013 Teacher of the Year! She teaches 11th grade and AP English, as well as drama, at DCHS.
The annual awards banquet will be Friday, January 10, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Green Room of the Gibson University Center on the campus of UAM.
