Domestic Disturbance with Weapons in Rock Springs -Saturday UPDATE
June 6th, 2015 by iPhoneAround 6:35 pm, Thursday, the Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. responded to a domestic disturbance, in the Rock Springs community,
where a man had left his residence, where the original incident took place, headed toward another house.
Sources in the neighborhood report that a shotgun was fired into the air, during the incident, but they did not believe it was aimed at anyone. DCSO did confirm that no one was injured.
Tony Forrest, age 31 , was taken into custody, and is expected to be charged with 3rd degree domestic battery.
Forrest’s first appearance was held Friday, and his bond was stat $2,000.
