Defense Rests without Williams Testifying in his own Defense in Murder Trial
August 29th, 2014 by iPhoneThe defense called 2 witnesses and rested in the first degree murder trial of Freddie Williams, in the death of Tangela Walton in 2013.
At 10:30, the defense presented a nurse from Little Rock, who had seen Williams pass out in her office, and sent him to a hospital there.
Next, Dr. Jeffrey Reinhart testified that he had refilled seizure medication for Williams, from a previous doctors prescription.
The state’s prosecution asked the doctor when he first refilled it, and he answered, “2012. ”
At 10:50, the defense rested , without Freddie Williams testifying in his own defense.
