Defense Rests after Dr.’s Testimony

As the testimony continued, the doctor shared his report of what Hackett had said at the time of her exam. He also discussed her physical injuries.
At 9:30, the defense rested, without Heather Hackett taking the stand, which is her right.
At 9:40, jury instructions were given.
Closing arguments will be next.
