August 9th, 2018 by iPhoneAfter the medical examiner’s description to the state, defense attorney Humphrey’s only questions were whether Braden was wearing a seatbelt, and if so, was there any evidence to show that.
The next witness was also a crime lab drug expert, who was soon followed by a State Police Accident Reconstruction Specialist.
His testimony, recovered from vehicle data boxes, shows Vincent was traveling at 84 mph, 99% throttle, and no brakes at 5 seconds prior to Vincent’s crash.
Braden’s vehicle, with the earliest recorded data showing info from 2 seconds prior to the DCSO Charger’s impact, shows the deputy traveling at 76 mph, 8.7% throttle, brakes were being applied.
