DCSO Seeking Suspect & Alleged Victims, from Shooting

According to Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober, 2 vehicles and 2 alleged victims, who fled the scene, were shot in Winchester, Thursday afternoon.
911 calls began around, 2:55, reporting a man on a 4-wheeler with a gun, shooting vehicles.
Sheriff Gober and deputies, along with Arkansas State Troopers, responded, searching for the suspect, who had fled on his ATV.
2 vehicles, which had stopped due to a commotion in the roadway, sustained minor damage from stray pellets.
2 alleged victims were also shot, receiving wounds from “birdshot” to the leg and buttocks areas. These 2 subjects fled the scene, before law enforcement arrived, and have not come forward to give statements. These 2 subjects were black males, between the ages of 25–35. If anyone knows their identities, please call the DCSO.
The 4-wheeler was recovered at Reed, south of Winchester, on HWY 165.
The sheriffs office is searching for Jesse Farmer, Jr., in connection with the shootings.
