2 Missing Females Identified

Sheriff Mark Gober confirmed to MLive, Monday afternoon, that the Drew County Sheriff’s office, along with Monticello Search & Rescue, Drew County OEM, Arkansas State Police and several AG&F game wardens have been searching for 2 missing white females, riding a green Yamaha Rhino ATV, since before noon.
Monday’s search also included horses from the Arkansas Department of Correction, the State Police helicopter, as well as MPD Chief Eddy Deaton and others on dirt bikes.
The 2 women, ages 40 and 47, were last seen around 6 PM, Sunday evening. They left home, dressed in what would be described as normal clothing.
Their tracks show where they entered the woods on Sullivan Road, in the Rock Springs area, but quickly disappear amongst other similar tracks.
The sheriffs office was notified around 10:30, this morning, and began forming their search team.
The search had been disbanded as of 8:30 PM, Monday night, and will resume early Tuesday morning.
Local volunteers, who would like to assist in the search, are asked to call the sheriff’s office at 367-6211 after 8 AM, Tuesday morning, to get directions and instructions.
