DCSO Meth Bust 2
August 1st, 2018 by iPhoneOn July 25, around 9:30 pm Deputy Allen Edwards was on HWY 138 and saw an SUB pulling a trailer.
The trailer did not have working tail lights. Deputy Edwards made a traffic stop and identified the driver as Nicholas Cingolani, whose drivers license was suspended.
The man had a search waiver on file thru probation, and parole. A search of the vehicle was done, and deputies discovered several used needles and a plastic baggy containing a white crystal-like substance (believed to be methamphetamine) .
CIngolani was arrested and was charged with possession of controlled substance (meth) possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on suspended licenses.
He has since been released on bond.
