Daughters of Charity Seeking Community Champion
April 25th, 2018 by SubmittedDaughters of Charity Services of Arkansas in collaboration with Delta Region Community Health Services Development Program is seeking the right candidate for the part-time position of a Community Champion. This is a 3-year funded grant position. The Community Champion will assist Daughters of Charity Services of Arkansas throughout the 3-year program with communication. This position will be a catalyst for culture change. The key expectations will be to; act as a liaison, support Daughters of Charity Services of Arkansas in meeting program goals, engage community organizations in community care coordination planning activities and be actively involved and engaged in all Program trainings and development activities. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in health care, communications or related field, outreach and community assessment skills as well as evaluation skills. The candidate should be friendly, outgoing and motivated, capable of self-directed work. Must have a strong desire to help the community.
