May 26th, 2022 by Joe BurgessThank You All for Your Support!
Good Morning Everyone:
Thank you all so much for all of your support through prayers, votes, and words of encouragement.
We fought a good fight and we kept the faith!
Although this judicial race did not yield a victory; however, I’m so glad to have run a race that resulted in so many more wins.
I count it a victory to have encountered so many wonderful people along the campaign trail!I
I count it a Victory to have so many people who supported me with their time, resources, and efforts!
I count it a victory to have had Intercessors who prayed for me throughout the campaign
I count it a victory that we registered new voters along the way,
I count it a victory to have run a race that celebrated others and honored God!
I count it a victory just to know that God graced me, equipped me, and empowered me to endure.
So, although I concede this battle, I claim a greater Victory! May God continue to be glorified!
.
Thank you to all the voters who supported me from Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Desha, and Drew Counties.

Thank You!
Also I’d like to extend my condolences to the families who lost their children and loved ones in the Uvalde, TX mass shooting. May God bring you comfort during this difficult time.
I’ve discovered that there are some amazing things happening in Southeast Arkansas like the work of NAACP Branch 6042 in Drew County, Sisters Inc in Dermott, Epistles of God Church in Hamburg, and many more! There are also many challenging things that it will take a Village to resolve. I am encouraged by your support and I hope you are all inspired to get in the race and endeavor to make history, live on purpose, live in purpose, and be a part of the solution.
