City/Siemens Mediation Fails – $10 Million Stalemate Continues
April 22nd, 2015 by iPhoneMonticello mayor Zack Tucker, attorney Witt Barton, special attorney Cliff Gibson, and city clerk Andrea Chambers travel to Little Rock Tuesday morning, in an attempt to settle the ongoing water system improvement $10 million battle with Siemens through legal meducation.
According to Tucker, who was limited due to the binding confidentiality of the arbitration agreement, he said the the days three hour meeting brought no closure to this situation.
The next step in the process will be decided by the City Council, at the regular meeting, Tuesday night. at City Hall.
I really hope that city counsel members understand that this effects all citizens that use monticello water. This will affect how much you pay each month. Please be cconsidered if you pay for city water!!!!
