City to Spend $130,000 on City Hall Mold Removal
April 25th, 2014 by Sarah SpencerCity council approved a resolution Tuesday evening to accept a bid from Environmental Protection Associates in the amount of $129,986 for mold removal and related work at Monticello City Hall. A GIF grant will fund $15,000 of the project.
The work will include waterproofing, microbial remediation, tuck pointing, and related work. The work will be done during the evenings and on weekends, and is already scheduled to begin.
