City Council Discusses “Protest & Parade Permit”

At Tuesday night’s Monticello City Council meeting, almost an hour was devoted to discussion of the proposed. “Protest & Parade Permit” ordinance.
The ordinance was tabled and a committee of nine members was selected to discuss changes to it, before it is brought back to city Council for a decision.
