City Council Authorizes Legal Action to Close Down Local Automobile Graveyards/ Junk Yards -Video

A junkyard or automobile graveyard is defined by the state as containing five or more non-running vehicles. The city is trying their policy to the federal highway beautification act that does not allow automobile graveyards within 1000 foot of a major highway.
