City Council Authorizes $10,000,000 Water System Improvement Project & Bond RePayment Info – Video
November 6th, 2013 by Joe BurgessThe Monticello City Council, Monday night, gave final approval to the $10,000,000 water system improvement project.
The interest rate of 4.39%, and the payment will be around $600,000/year for 30 years, for a total of $18,000,000.
Imediately after the vote, Mayor Allen Maxsell to the council, “Everybody in the city is going to thank you.”
