City Agrees to Rent Armory to DMH for $1,500/Month, during Construction

The Monticello city council, at Monday night’s meeting, agreed to rent the former national guard armory to Drew Memorial Hospital, for 18–24 months, for the cost of $1500 per month plus expenses, such as utilities and insurance.
Due to its nearby location to the hospital, the armory will be used as storage for the construction of the new DMH surgical center, the lease will cover December 2016 – November 2018.
