Chicot County fatality accident

A Texas man was killed in a single vehicle accident Monday morning north of Eudora along U.S. Highway 65.
According to the Arkansas State Police preliminary fatality accident report, Carlterrial Brown, 28, of Arlington, driver of a 2009 Ford, was traveling south when his vehicle left the roadway, struck a culvert and came to rest in a north bound ditch. The accident took place at 7:31 a.m.
Arkansas State trooper John Pryor investigated the incident. The report lists the weather condition as cloudy/foggy and the road condition as wet.
