October is domestic violence awareness month and we are asking for your support Tuesday, October 17th!  At the Monticello, AR Pizza Hut location, you can use your Code S9 online, in the store, and over the phone.  Be sure if you order in store or over the phone…let the Pizza Hut team know you are ordering in support of Options Inc.   That way the store team “marks” your order with our code.   For online orders – add Code S9 on the checkout page of your order.

Immanuel Baptist Church is having an online dessert auction all day today.   Click Here To Go To Their Facebook Page and bid on some yummy desserts for your Easter celebration.  All money raised goes to help send children and youth to church camp.

The Youth and Children of Immanuel Baptist Church will be raising money to help attend Church Camp this summer.  We will be at Atwoods Saturday April 1st from 10am-2pm selling 2 Hot Dogs and a Soda for only $1.

After two years at McCloy Park, the 2022 Drew County Log a Load for Kids will return to Pauline Baptist Church on Saturday, August 6,  The meal will be served at 5:00 pm.   Individual tickets are $25.00 and will be available at the door. (more…)

Immanuel Baptist Church Monticello will be holding an online dessert auction starting Friday April 15th on their Facebook page.

Dessert items will be available at 10am with an item description, pictures, and starting bid.  You will place your bid in the comment section under the picture.  The highest bidder at 4 pm will be the winner.  Desserts can be picked up anytime after they are won, but before 6pm.

All proceeds will go to help our Children attend summer church camp.

Throughout the day, a new list of baked items will be listed for auction. After 30 minutes, that group will be sold, and a new round of auctions will begin.

First, thank you for your support of changing lives of children in your community and creating a new special event for Monticello. We have made the difficult decision to transition the 5K from an in-person run/walk to a virtual run/walk, where participants can complete the run/walk in their neighborhood, on  treadmill, wherever they usually run or walk. They can send results to us and we will send them a T-shirt and medal.

Funds raised will be invested in recreational supplies and summer activities for the 26 boys and girls, ages 5-18, who live at the Southeast Arkansas Residential Center in Monticello.

Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Family Services’ 8th annual Turkey Trot will be on Saturday, November 23rd starting at 9 a.m. in Monticello. This year, the race has expanded to include a 10k Run, 5k Run, 5k Walk and Virtual Participation.

The 10k and 5k races will start and end on the Vera Lloyd campus; 745 Old Warren Rd. Monticello, AR. “Virtual” races can be run with friends, family, churches and organizations right from home.
