ATTENTION DREW COUNTY SOLID WASTE CUSTOMERS
There will be a TRASH ROUTE SCHEDULE CHANGE for FRIDAY TRASH ROUTE CUSTOMERS ONLY.

Starting April 5, 2018 your trash day will be THURSDAY.

Due to scheduling changes we will no longer have a Friday trash route.

No other days will be affected.

There will be a 5th Friday bulk pick-up March 30th for Drew County Solid  Waste customers. (more…)

THE DREW COUNTY LANDFILL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FREE RESIDENTIAL DUMPING ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2017 FROM 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, AS A COURTESY TO DREW COUNTY RESIDENTS.

Last week, the Drew County Log-a-Load for Kids presented a check to Arkansas Children’s Hospital for $120,000.

The money was raised at the annual August event in Monticello and at the Southwest Forest Producers Expo that was held in late August.

The Drew County quorum court spent a large portion of Tuesday’s meeting discussing a proposed re-alignment of the county judge’s administrative assistant’s salary.

As shown in the first video, retired County Judge Damon Lampkin spoke on behalf of the current administrative assistant. Lampkin hired her into that position from the sanitation office, and stated he never approved a salary reduction. (more…)

Enon Water boil order has been lifted.

The entire Enon Water System (around 200 homes) was out of service due to a cut 6-8” water main, in the Monticello section of the line that supplies the Enon and Cominto communities with water.
