Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s level degree in Social Work, Psychology, Business or related field
Experience:
• 3 years of experience working with individuals who have a developmental or physical disability
• 3 years of proven supervisory and department director level leadership and skills
• Knowledge and experience in the field of disabilities; preferably to include Advantages of Southeast AR, Inc.
• Possess initiative and ability to work on administrative level with proven success of providing quality services to consumers and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate employee effectiveness and supervise administrative level managers.
Summary of Duties:
Under policy direction of the Executive Director, performs a wide range of administrative activities related to finances and accounting, promotion of services, staffing and personnel operations, and discretionary activities that serve to support effective business operations; uses considerable independent judgment in decisions that influence operations; ensures that all Agency policies, external regulations and laws are followed in delivery of direct services; provides leadership and executive level support as necessary to achieve the strategic goals and mission of the Agency.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
