Car Shot on 278 East

On December 1, at 5:55 am, a Monticello man driving a Cadillac sedan was leaving work on Highway 65, traveling on 277 towards Tillar turnoff, on HEY 278 East.
As he was approaching the intersection, the back of his vehicle was shot twice, by another vehicle. He told responding deputies that he saw a green light, similar to a gun’s laser.
Another vehicle was seen in the area, but not enough description was reported to identify it.
Anyone with information about a suspicious person or suspicious vehicle in the area, that morning, or asked to call the DCSO at 367-6211.
