Cancer Event Scheduled for Tonight.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! We want to bring awareness and support for our community by offering a free fitness event, healthy living and wellness care education.
Join us for a celebration of survivors, education, remembrance of our loved ones we have lost and of course an amazing workout!!
Pink out with us all day during our regular fitness classes: wear your pink in support and honor of those that have and are battling breast cancer and their families that love and support them!
Then join us for a FREE special workout at 5:30pm that’s going to be all about those buns and abs!!
We will have some special education and speakers following the workout including Dr. Katey Carmical, Megan Burgeis and Mrs. Mississippi International Whitney Gill.
