Burgess is New Owner of MonticelloLive.com
October 11th, 2007 by Joe BurgessThe Monticello Chamber of Commerce welcomed MonticelloLive.com to its membership, shown here, with MonticelloLive’s new owner, Joe Burgess.
Burgess is a long-time Monticello resident, with 12 years radio broadcasting experience, and is owner-operator of Monticello’s Time & Temp, 367-7777.
Burgess is employed full-time with the court-system, and serves as Minister of Music for Northside Baptist Church, here in Monticello.
MonticelloLive’s reporting duties have been under his direction for several weeks.
Burgess commented, “MonticelloLive.com is a part of hundereds of Drew County resident’s daily lives. I welcome the opportunity to continue to achieve the level of community involvement that ML’s founder, Jeff Noble was able to reach.”
Noble is still providing technical assistance and will continue contributing stories.
