“Brain-washed Socialist Cowards” Jury Sentences “Pot Growing Idiot” to Maximum Sentences on Drug Charges
May 25th, 2012 by Joe BurgessTuesday, a Drew County Circuit Court jury had found a defendant guilty of manufacturing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. As the convicted defendant (representing himself as his own attourney) addressed the jury during the sentencing portion of the trial, he called them “Brain-washed Socialist Cowards” (not a good decision).
The jury then went into the jury room, and sentenced Louis Brown to the maximum sentence for both charges, 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine for each charge.
The judge will decide if the charges will be served consecutively or concurrently.
After Brown call the jury “brain-washed socialist cowards”, “a “pot smoking idiot” was one of the nicer comments made about Brown.

Brown has been released, until ADC has bed space for his incarceration.

give a man that kind of time,and yet the hard drug dealers get a slap on the wrist.
u tell me where the justice is in that. a poor man goes to prison and the big players BUY there way out.
Perhaps he should have had the postmaster represent him, as he had requested in 2010. He better hope he did not irk the judge. If he made the judge mad, he could get 20 instead of 10 years.
Ten years? And ADC doesn’t have bed space? What a waste of our public resources.

Is this guy even a drug dealer? Just a manufacturing charge. Sounds like the guy was just growing his own to smoke. Not that big of a deal. But what a dumby for not getting a lawyer!
That boy is GENETICALLY disturbed. Pot don’t cause that.
This is what makes me angry! U give a sex offender a slap on the hand & give the max 2 a someone that could possible benefit from some counseling. A sex offender can’t be helped & our judicial systems just keep letting them out 2 do it again!!!!
