Around 3:15, Wednesday afternoon, an eastbound loaded chip truck overturned south of the 277/278 Tillar turn-off, trapping the driver inside.

Drew County Sheriff’s Deputies, DC OEM, Monticello Fire & Rescue, AR DOT, and ASP troopers responded.

The driver was transported to DMH by MASI.

Big Wrecker was called to remove the 18 wheeler.

Clean-up will likely last until after dark, so please use caution when traveling through the area.
