Barkada Firefighters Battle Wilmar Car Fire with Garden Hose
October 1st, 2012 by Joe BurgessTwo Wilmar residents (both Barkada volunteer firefighters) were passing by Wilmar Baptist Church, Saturday morning, noticed a small fire coming from under a car, just a few feet from a house.
The men turned around, to see if they could be of any help, and ended up put out the fire all by themselves. Jeff & Jeremy Tucker used a nearby garden hose to wet down the house, and eventually were able to put out the burning car.
A witness told MLive, “There is no doubt, without their assistance, these people would be homeless.”
The car owners had just purchasing their groceries and lost everything. If anyone would like to make a donation to help this family, please call Sheena Tucker at 723-1959.

So nice of you to stop and help someone in need, but knowing you both who would expect anything less. You both are very special people, i know they were glad to see you.
what do they mean lost everything?
NOTE: The family lost their vehicle and all of the groceries they’d bought.
So glad the family was okay and no one was harmed. God guides people in the right direction at the right time.
