ATM Burglary Attempted, Sunday Morning
September 3rd, 2013 by Joe BurgessAround 5:30, Sunday morning, Union Bank’s University Branch security system (on HWY 425 S) sent out an alarm call to Monticello Police, reporting a possible ATM security issue.
MPE officers within minutes, to confirm that the drive-through automatic teller mamchine, had been vandalized.
Investigators on the scene do not believe anything was taken, but an inventory will be performed to confirm that statement.
Anyone who may have seen any suspicious persons or vehicles is asked to contact MPD at 367-3411.
