At the Museum – Homemade Kerosene Lamp
January 8th, 2012 by SubmittedThis is a homemade kerosene lamp made by MM Hardy. This goes to show the ingenuity of the people back then to be able to take old parts, weld them together and make a lamp to light the house and be safe enough to do so.
Come see this and many other interesting items on display at your Drew County Museum, We are open Fridays from 1pm till 5pm, and Saturdays from 2pm till 5 pm and Sunday by appointment..
