ASP Testimony about Autopsy of Murder Victim
January 8th, 2019 by iPhoneBefore court took lunch, the state played the recording of Kanikka Jenkins’ interview with the State Police.
Around 12:30, around :50 minutes into the recording, the audio played where detective told the defendant that the autopsy confirmed a broken collarbone and multiple broken ribs, approximately 6 hours before the child’s death.
Her claim was that the 9 month old was coughing and choking on her formula. She told how the liquid was coming out of both her mouth and her nose.
The medical examiner found her airway clear, with nothing there to cause choking.
