Arrests Made at Parole & Probation Office, When Client Arrives Drunk & Another Brings Crack Pipe
December 17th, 2010 by Joe BurgessIt seems to have been an interesting week at the Monticello Parole & Probation Office, with arrests being made of “clients” on both Thursday and Friday.
Thursday morning, Monticello police responded to the office’s call for an officer after David Dorsey, a multiple time offender of DWI laws, arrived at the office drunk. Dorsey was then arrested by police and charged with public intoxication. (Dorsey reportedly did not drive to the office.)
Then on Friday morning, Penny Wargo, age 26, who appeared before Judge Kenneth Harper a week ago, arrived at the Dept. of Community Correction with a “crack pipe” in her possession. Wargo was charged with possession of an instrument of crime.
Wargo went before Judge Harper again Friday afternoon, who considered her act a violation of her agreement from last week and set a $15,000 cash bond for her release.

This Dorsey guy doesn’t even deserve to be on the streets. He has already had MULTIPLE dwi’s in which one killed a friend of mines wife a few yrs back. Why is this guy out of prison? Or why hasn’t he got some sort of treatment? If he ever has a drinking rage and takes the wheel of another auto and hurts any of my family, just give me 5 minutes in a private room with him. I’ll sober him up!
Who would take a CRACK PIPE to see their probation officer??? WOW!
