Arrest Made for 50+ Bullet Holes in Vehicle with Driver Inside
July 26th, 2013 by Joe BurgessAn arreset was made in Dumas around 7:30 pm, Wednesday night, on the suspect wanted by Monticello Police for the terroristic act, where over 50 bullets struck an occupied vehicle, earlier this month on a Monticello street.
Franciscus Bell was arrested and will be charged in Drew County Circuit, likely facing Terroristic Act and other charges.
