A Helicopter, 10 Power Saws, & a Power Line – Video (from June)

The helicopter crew will be in the SEARK area for around a month. They are contracted with Asphlund tree service.
To trim the tree limbs away from power lines, they us a 100’rigid pole and that has ten 26″ circular saws attached.
The helicopter is licensed out of Delaware, and the crew members are from New Hampshire and W. Virginia.

Pretty impressive that they can cut with that precision – using a bar with saws swinging through the air! I’m impressed.
