Sex Offender on Probation Charged with Rape of Juvenile, $125,000 Bond Set
November 23rd, 2011 by Joe BurgessFredrick “Alex” Rayford was arrested Sunday, and charged with the rape of a juvenile victim in Drew County, earlier that day.
Rayford is a registered sex offender and was on probation at the time of the alleged event.
Rayford’s first appearance hearing was Tuesday, which resulted in a $125,000 bond being set for his possible release.
A probation revocation petition has been filed with authorities.
The case is being investigated by the Drew County Sheriff’s Dept. and the Arkansas State Police.

why he wasnt on offender list was because some one wasnt doing their job let people know where he is i hope thats jail i dont want him in my neighbor hood
