Local Man Arrested for Public Intox, when He Arrived in Court, Drunk

November 1st, 2010 by

Tyrone Green went to Monticello District Court, Tuesday afternoon, facing unrelated charges, when he was arrested in the courtroom for being intoxicated.

Green, age 28 of Monticello, was charged with Contempt of Court, and public intoxication. 

He again went before Judge Ken Harper on Thursday, for his first appearance hearing.
